It is the claim of good programming that you simply press start and the machine is running. The causes of unwanted production downtimes are often found in the machine programming and frequently only become apparent during operation.
Especially when states occur in the machine that were not foreseeable and were therefore not programmed. This is the status quo that is taken for granted - which, however, is now history. Since a change of perspective and a simple solution will now bring the turnaround - for both new and old machines - and make the cost trap of unwanted machine failures look old-fashioned for producers.
