Selmo Studio: Project memory layout optimization added. This will reorganize all selmo basic zone bit and operand arrays at PLC level.

Selmo HMI: Fixed bug where OPC UA alarms are shown with UTC time
Selmo Standard: Global and hardware zone TCMZ have now the same functionality as sequence CMZ like auto reset and delay.
Selmo HMI: Ghost mode is now only activatable when hardware zone is in manual mode and the safety function key is selected.
