Practical automation processes made accessible for everyone!
Together with fischertechnik, a leading provider of construction and educational models, we are shaping the future of automation by fundamentally simplifying it. We present the "Bending Machine 24V" and "Production Line 24V" models, equipped with our innovative process model, to demonstrate how efficiency, safety, and flexibility in control technology can be optimized.
Our technology partnership goes even further: with the SkillWerk e-learning platform, we provide a groundbreaking training opportunity that includes the fischertechnik models and a digital twin – accessible to everyone and highly practical.
Selmo meets fischertechnik models
By combining our process modeling with Fischertechnik's highly functional models, we’ve created a comprehensive teaching and training concept. Our Sequence Logic Modeling approach, paired with the virtual twin in the Twin simulation software, enables virtual commissioning of machines – without the need for traditional programming. The focus is on precise process modeling. The benefits are clear: faster commissioning, error-free testing, and maximum flexibility for adjustments.
Bending Machine 24V
This model simulates the bending of workpieces, a commonly used forming process in metal and plastic processing. It supports both manual and automated operation.
Production Line 24V
The "Production Line 24V" provides a realistic simulation of multiple production steps, from material feed and processing to assembly and palletizing. Equipped with a rotary indexing table, pneumatic slides, and vacuum suction grippers, the model offers a comprehensive understanding of automation processes.
Easy learning and implementation
As part of the partnership, an accompanying online course was developed on SkillWerk to provide an easy introduction. Participants can explore and experiment with the Selmo Studio, the Twin simulation environment, and fischertechnik models. Step by step, they are guided to independently create and commission machine models. This makes getting started effortless – even without prior knowledge.
