On 05.03.2026 the event "AI meets production" took place at the WKNÖ Amstetten. The main topic of the event was how production costs can be reduced and processes optimized.
In various keynote speeches and live demonstrations, participants gained insights into how they can reduce their production costs and make processes more efficient. Selmo was also part of the program. In his presentation, CEO Markus Gruber showed how the use of AI affects industrial systems and what role a transparent and comprehensible architecture plays in this.
In particular, the focus was on the transition from black box systems, where the behavior of a machine often only becomes comprehensible during operation, to white box architectures. This approach aims to clearly define machine behavior even before implementation and thus make it comprehensible, verifiable and structurally controllable.
